TruePrivacy supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC-based SSO, integrating with Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and any SAML-compliant identity provider. Role mapping from your identity provider to TruePrivacy permissions is configured during onboarding.
TruePrivacy's RBAC system supports custom role definitions at the entity and group level. You can define roles with specific permissions (view, edit, approve, admin) across different modules (data map, DSR, vendor management, reporting) and assign them to individuals or groups from your identity provider.
The board dashboard provides: overall privacy compliance score; DSR volume and response performance; open privacy risks by severity; breach and near-miss history; vendor risk summary; regulatory change alerts; and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction compliance status.
