During setup you select which Airtable bases TruePrivacy should have access to. Only the bases you explicitly authorize are scanned — TruePrivacy does not access the full Airtable workspace by default.

Yes. TruePrivacy can delete specific Airtable records as part of a DSR deletion workflow using Airtable's REST API. Deletion actions are logged in TruePrivacy's audit trail.
